Information Desk
For all on-site information, go to the "Points Accueil" (information desks), Porte Lescot level -3, right next to the Fnac and Porte Rambuteau niveau -3. Bilingual hostess are on duty from 10am to 7.30pm. They will help you with locating shops and services.

Toilets
All the toilets are situated on level -3 of the shopping centre: Porte Rambuteau next to the pedestrian entrance to the Parking Rambuteau and Porte Berger next to the pedestrian entrance to the Parking Berger.

|
Baby area
To take care of your child, a baby area is at your disposal near the toilets. There, you can nurse it, change it and heat its meal, Porte Rambuteau level -3.

|
|
|
Loan of pushchairs
To make your visit easy and practical for you and your child, pushchairs are available free of charge.

Five areas are available on all levels of the Forum:
